Abstract

Puropse: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors and items which fit the educational objectives of KAFNA and to propose the highly credible and valid evaluation method.

Methods: Three expert groups (total of 57 people) have been formed and Delphi method was applied of to execute three surveys. The results were drawn from final 32 experts`` opinions.

Results: Aptitude evaluation was identified by 3 factors which are value, personality, and attitude as well as 14 items, selecting appropriate evaluation reflection ratio per each 5 evaluation subject. Also, an evaluation method which complements relative evaluation system and an effective reflux method have been proposed.

Conclusion: The study has proposed the foundational direction to improve the validity and credibility of the KAFNA``s Cadet aptitude evaluation system.
